Our story

Based on more than 20 years of experiences in the Gulf countries and lack of finding great opportunities for the candidates especially the new graduated, we decided to provide advice facilitate the candidates to get a great job offers. the founder recognized the need and duty to do something to bring back the pride in being a Hospitality Trainer. Advocating service excellence, yet doing it at a level that could have global impact and in time make a real difference, setting up a consulting business seemed to be the best approach. Because of our approach as well as our niche in the sector, we quickly attracted like-minded experts in the business and experienced quite rapid growth. In early 2009 the Founder established his presence in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, being a Professional Recruitment consultant expert, during his consultancy provided he helps hundreds of Candidates to find a great job from different countries especially Far east Asia like Philippines, Nepal ,India ,Thailand … and in 2017 landed in Doha, Qatar to provide his expertise in the field of Consulting and Training to several Qatari institutions and to open job opportunities for the newly youth graduated. In 2021, our aim is to strengthen our position on the existing markets as well as widen our operations to all the Gulf countries.
